We will try absolutely everything we can on our end to choose the best location from our warehouse network to get your order to you on time. Unfortunately, most shippers do not guarantee their delivery dates. We will refund shipping costs and assist with a return if the package is late. Over 99% of our shipments arrive by the estimated date shown or earlier. About Us

What is your refund policy?

Returns for purchases made on Pandaloon.com are kindly accepted in NEW condition, in the original packaging with tags, postmarked within 2 weeks of receipt before October 23rd, whichever is sooner.

We are also happy to offer an exchange within 30 days, in case of a sizing issue, as long as the returned product is in 100% new condition. You can obtain return authorization here.

As is typical with boutique pet brands, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will ship out one exchange within the USA for free, when available. Items that are soiled with saliva, hair, dirt or oil are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund, especially when unsanitary. Washing the product or use of Febreeze or other perfumes on the product will make the product ineligible for return as is standard in requiring new condition returns only. All returned items must be unsoiled and undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging. Returns will be inspected and issued within 5-10 days of receipt less shipping fees, when applicable.

For obvious reasons, we cannot accept worn costumes or offer a free rental service. This is a small, woman owned, US business and we appreciate your decency. Thanks in advance for support of small businesses!

We are happy to offer one free exchange of the same costume style within the USA in case of a sizing issue.

International Shipping

Are VAT/duties included?

No, each buyer is responsible for duties, VAT and any other customs related charges for their own country. Please keep an eye on the tracking to ensure an easier process of paying duties to receive your package.

UK customers: Please note that Royal Mail or the mail carrier will collect VAT/duties (based on your country's rate) and an "International Handling Fee" (usually around 8 Euro) before delivery. We cannot control the taxes charged by your country, but our shipping rates are kept as low as possible to help.

If the package is abandoned, no refund will be provided. Please inquire with your local mail or customs office to obtain the fee amount before ordering.

Can you ship to addresses outside of the US?

Yes. International shipping is available at checkout at the lowest possible costs through USPS, UPS and DHL. Please measure carefully as it is not possible to offer return shipping for international packages. Please email us if you have any questions and we will make sure to help with sizing.

Front-facing teddy bear illusion: A lightweight bib drapes over the chest to create a round teddy bear belly and arms. A lighter version of our signature teddy bear costume, made easier to wear for pups who aren't accustomed to full costumes.
Hook and loop collar: Adjustable neck that's easy to put on like a bandana or bib, with no leg holes.
Separate adjustable bear headpiece: A separate headpiece with a rounded teddy bear head and ears that adjusts with a hook and loop closure.
Open back and sides: Teddy bear arms are attached to the bib, leaving the sides and back open for maximum comfort. (Please note the arms do not swing like our classic costume.)
Size by shoulder width and chest length: Pick XS/S, S/M or L by shoulder width and go up if your pup is between sizes. L is for compact large breeds, such as a smaller Lab.

This teddy bear dog costume set creates a teddy bear belly and arms with just a bib on the chest and a headpiece. The bib closes at the neck like a bandana, and the adjustable headpiece adds a rounded teddy bear head and ears.

It's a lighter version of our classic Teddy Bear and Panda costumes, made for dogs and cats who might prefer something that doesn't feel like wearing clothes.

Best costume we've ever bought for our dog!
The quality of this costume by far exceeds the typical pet costume. It's one piece so you don't have the issue of the head piece being shaken off easily. Multiple adjustment options to fit the costume better than any other brands we've purchased (the one around the face is key!). The costume is adorable to boot!
