Shipping policy

Most orders placed by 3 AM EST/6 AM PST are shipped the same business day. Standard and expedited shipping are typically sent by USPS, who does not guarantee an arrival date, but almost all of our packages arrive within the posted time frames. Please note that all orders have at least a 1 day handling time to allow for the order to be packed.

For guaranteed shipping deadlines, 2 day shipping is required. (The guarantee means that 2 day shipping fees can be refunded if the package arrives late, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will never have a late package. We will do everything we can to help follow up on packages in case of an issue.)
