Shipping


How long does it take for delivery?

We typically process and ship orders within 1 business day -- the delivery time depends on the shipping speed selected at checkout. Standard or free USPS shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, but it depends on the speed of your local post office. Please allow up to 7 days for standard USPS delivery. If you need your items faster, please review the expedited options available at checkout. You are welcome to email us if you have a shipping preference that you do not see at checkout and we will do our best to make you a happy panda!

 

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Sorry, at this time we do not offer overnight shipping. You can select expedited shipping at checkout. If your expedited shipping order is received by 12 PM PST, we will do our best to ship it the same day. Contact us by email for more info.

 

Can you ship to addresses outside of the US?

Yes. International shipping is available at checkout at the lowest possible costs through USPS and DHL. Please measure carefully as it is not possible to offer return shipping for international packages. Please email us if you have any questions and we will make sure to help with sizing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club and JCB.

 

Will you accept a personal check?

Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks at this time. 

 

Does the price include sales tax?

No sales tax is charged for orders outside of the state of California at this time. If you live in California, sales tax will be added to your order total.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not sell, trade or distribute any customer information to third parties. Customer information is used to keep you updated on your order and to provide information about our special offers. Credit card and personal information is processed securely with SSL encryption through our credit card processor, Shopify payments. 

 

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be a happy part of our panda family. If you are unsatisfied, you are welcome to return your unused items within 30 days and you will promptly receive a refund, less shipping costs. Items must be unworn and unsoiled, as is standard with any typical return. For obvious reasons, we cannot accept worn Halloween costumes or offer a free rental service. Thanks in advance for your decency and support of small businesses!

In order to offer you the best price possible, we ask that you make sure to measure your pet when ordering pet items and check that items are returned in new condition. All returned items must be unsoiled and undamaged, in the original packaging. 

To make sure good customers can get competitive prices, items can be returned or exchanged if the customer sends the item to our return address. Postage is provided for your outgoing domestic packages, while return shipping is not included, as is typical with small business boutiques. We will gladly exchange your item and offer free shipping in the US of your exchange item if it is returned in new condition. Thank you for supporting small businesses and helping us offer high quality customer service!
