Exchanges and Returns
What is your exchange policy or return policy?
Returns for purchases made on Pandaloon.com are kindly accepted in NEW condition, in the original packaging with tags, postmarked within 2 weeks of receipt (and by October 23 for October purchases). Items may be exchanged for a different size in the same style, if they cannot be postmarked by October 23, in NEW condition only. An authorization form submission (see below) is required for all returns and exchanges.

You are welcome to use any carrier of your choice for returns. We recommend saving the tracking number for your own records. We are not responsible for packages which do not arrive.

As is typical with boutique pet brands, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will ship one exchange within the USA for free, when available. Items that are soiled with saliva, hair, dirt or oil are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund. If the product smells like dog odor or oil, it is subject to a 50% restocking fee. We are happy to offer guidance on how to size the product or compare it to your dog's height in person, if you feel your dog will soil it when trying it on. Washing the product or use of Febreeze or other perfumes on the product will make the product ineligible for return as is standard in requiring new condition returns only. All returned items must be unsoiled and undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging.
We cannot send exchanges before your first item arrives and is inspected. Returns will be inspected and issued within 5-10 business days days of receipt less shipping fees, when applicable. If a promo code or a cart offer was applied to your order, a refund would apply to the price of the returned items less the promotional discounts. Pandaloon cannot guarantee that the size you need is in stock at all times, so please feel welcome to email us to inquire. We cannot send exchanges with express shipping. If you need an exchange urgently, please consider placing a new order with a shipping speed that fits your needs and we will be glad to assist with processing your first order as a return.
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept worn costumes or offer a free rental service. This is a small, woman owned, American business and we appreciate your decency. Thanks in advance for support of small businesses!
