Refund policy
We want you to be a happy part of our Pandaloon community. If you are unsatisfied, you are welcome to return your unused items purchased from Pandaloon.com only within 15 days of receipt.* Refunds will not be provided without a return.
*Orders placed in October are eligible for returns if the return is received by October 15th and in 100% new condition. Items that are not possible to return by October 15th are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. This policy is in accordance with the normal practices of retailers that provide costumes during October.
After a return is received, it is processed within 10 business days and all eligible returns receive a refund, less shipping costs. Items that are soiled with substances such as saliva, hair, dirt or oil are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund, especially when unsanitary. Washing the product or allowing Febreeze or other perfumes on the product will make the product ineligible for return as is standard in requiring NEW condition returns only. All returned items must be unsoiled and undamaged, in the original packaging.
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept worn costumes or offer a free rental service. Thanks in advance for your decency and support of small businesses!
To make sure good customers can get competitive prices, items can be returned or exchanged if the customer sends the item to our return address. Postage is provided for your outgoing domestic packages, while return shipping is not included, as is typical with small business boutiques. If you require that we purchase a return label for your convenience, we deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund. We will gladly exchange your item and offer free shipping in the US of your new item if it is returned in new condition. Most orders placed by 3 AM EST/6 AM PST are shipped the same business day. Standard and expedited shipping are typically sent by USPS, who does not guarantee an arrival date, but almost all of our packages arrive within the posted time frames.
For guaranteed shipping deadlines, 2 day shipping is required. (The guarantee means that 2 day shipping fees can be refunded if the package arrives late, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will never have a late package. We will do everything we can to help follow up on packages in case of an issue.)
