Carrier bags are designed for small breed dogs only. Make sure to measure your dog laying down and standing to ensure a good fit. Always supervise your pet when leash attachment is on for safety. Never leave your pet unattended.
Our mascot panda Pomeranian dog, Huxley, is a fluffy 4.5 lbs and is able to comfortably lay down, stand and turn around in all of our carrier bags. Pet sizes vary widely so please use the measurements, not weight, to ensure a good fit.

What is your refund policy?
Returns for purchases made on Pandaloon.com are kindly accepted in NEW condition, in the original packaging with tags, postmarked within 2 weeks of receipt before October 31st, whichever is sooner.
We are also happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days, in case of a sizing issue. You can obtain return authorization here.
As is typical with boutique pet brands, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will ship out one exchange within the USA for free, when available. Items that are soiled with saliva, hair, dirt or oil are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund, especially when unsanitary. Washing the product or use of Febreeze or other perfumes on the product will make the product ineligible for return as is standard in requiring new condition returns only. All returned items must be unsoiled and undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging. Returns will be inspected and issued within 5-10 days of receipt less shipping fees, when applicable.
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept worn costumes or offer a free rental service. This is a small, woman owned, US business and we appreciate your decency. Thanks in advance for support of small businesses!

We do not sell or trade any customer information to third parties. Customer information is used to keep you updated on your order and to provide information about our special offers. Does the price include sales tax?
No sales tax is charged for orders outside of the state of California at this time. If you live in California, sales tax will be added to your order total.
Are VAT/duties included?
No, each buyer is responsible for duties, VAT and any other customs related charges for their own country. Please keep an eye on the tracking to ensure an easier process of paying duties to receive your package.
UK customers: Please note that Royal Mail or the mail carrier will collect VAT/duties (based on your country's rate) and an "International Handling Fee" (usually around 8 Euro) before delivery. We cannot control the taxes charged by your country, but our shipping rates are kept as low as possible to help.
Can you ship to addresses outside of the US?
Yes. International shipping is available at checkout at the lowest possible costs through USPS, UPS and DHL. Please measure carefully as it is not possible to offer return shipping for international packages. Please email us if you have any questions and we will make sure to help with sizing.
